Can I cancel an order?
Cancellations are possible only until the pre-shipping stage; we cannot cancel your order once the item is shipped. Please contact our customer care team to assist you with the same.
How do I initiate a return process?

Please do not return products without first speaking to a representative at Prab.co.in. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process a refund.
Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back?
We have our Reverse Pick up facilities in selected locations wherein your items can be picked up from our end and the same is absolutely free of cost. In case you need to send the product yourself, kindly ensure that you use a track-able shipping method (e.g. First Flight, Blue Dart). Shipping cost for all approved reverse pick up cases will be reimbursed to 10% of selling price or the actual cost, whichever is lower. Reimbursement will be in the form of a gift voucher which can be redeemed during your future purchases with us anytime within 30 days.

What is the return notice period?
If the product (as reported damaged delivered) is in stock, we will dispatch the products within 7 days of reporting, else we will inform the customer within 48 hours, about the delivery timelines.
Are there any conditions placed on returning a product?
The returned product should be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product.
Every product and package is labelled with a serial number. This serial number must be readable and un-tampered on return.
What can lead to cancellation of my order?
- When a product is rejected in our Quality Check process.
- When the product stock is exhausted with our vendors.
- When our logistic partners are unable to deliver to the desired delivery location.
How do I return a product to prabs.co.in?
If you wish to return any product, please inform a customer care representative at Prab.co.in. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process the request.
To return a product as per our return policy, please log in a request with our Customer Care team, either by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at + 91 22 65130053 / + 91 9987896470 (10 AM - 6 PM). Once a return request is authorized and approved from our end, we will pick up the product ourselves. In locations where we do not have our Reverse Pickup services, please ship the product in a transit worthy packaging, safely to our warehouse
What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?
If you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will offer a full refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.
What if the product has missing parts or defects?
If you have received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
Can I return a product that is found to be faulty upon use?
Some LCOVE London products have an additional warranty period offered by the manufacturer. If after using such a product, you identify any flaw or manufacturing defect, please check the manufacturer's warranty document shipped with the product and contact them directly (Call Centres/ accredited Technical Assistance centres).
If you are unable to contact the manufacturer, please get in touch with our Customer Care representative. We will be happy to get in touch with the manufacturer on your behalf and facilitate a resolution. (This only applies in cases where the manufacturer provides such a warranty)
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
* Returns for Furniture will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products (manufacturing Defect). Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.
* Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product at the time of delivery of product.
* It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
* Any product damaged post-delivery to customer, will not be accepted for return.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days* of receipt of the product by Prab.co.in, provided goods are received in acceptable condition. Refund method will be based on the mode of payment chosen at the time of placing the order.
- Orders placed through credit/ debit card will be refunded back to the credit/ debit card.
- Orders placed through net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.
- Orders placed through Prab’s Gift Certificates/ Vouchers will be refunded in form of a fresh Gift Certificate/ Voucher of the same value.
* Orders placed through other modes of payment will be refunded via NEFT to customer's bank account. Please note that the account holder name should be same as the customer name.
* Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of refunds process by Prab.co.in, to check on reflection of funds in your account. In case of cheque refunds, additional time may be required to ship the cheque to the customer.
